HelioBridge is a performance-based solar lead generation service that connects commercial facilities in the Philippines with accredited solar installers. We are not a solar installer ourselves.

2. Information We Collect

When you use our solar savings calculator and submit a lead inquiry, we collect:

• Full name
• Company name
• Mobile phone number
• Email address (optional)
• Calculator inputs (monthly bill, region, facility type, etc.)
• Calculated savings estimates
• Referral source (if applicable)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

• Connect you with an accredited solar installer partner for your free site survey
• Follow up on your inquiry
• Improve the calculator's accuracy

4. Data Sharing

We share your information with our accredited installer partners for the purpose of scheduling your site survey. We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

5. Data Privacy Act Compliance

We comply with Republic Act 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at heliobridge.ph@gmail.com.

6. Data Retention

We retain lead data for up to 24 months for follow-up purposes, after which it is securely deleted unless a commercial solar installation has been completed.
